Established in 1913 and located in Upland Indiana, The Pierce Company manufactures speed control devices for industrial and agricultural engines as well as automotive fuel pumps, and heavy duty water and oil pumps. The company offers three types of speed control devices including velocity, electronic, and mechanical governors which fit many applications. The Pierce Company also offers the Hoof brand line of governors, which was acquired in 1995.
The Pierce Company offers a wide range of mechanical and electric replacement fuel pumps for domestic and foreign vehicles. Each product is carefully manufactured to meet or exceed OEM specifications.
To fulfill diverse customer needs, Pierce's 185,000 square foot manufacturing and warehouse facility supports stamping, computer controlled tapping and machining, and computerized inventory control. The company's engineering and laboratory groups advance the company's product lines and provide technical customer support.
